![]() She has had long-term postings in Mali, Azerbaijan, Bhutan, Benin, Honduras and Northern Alberta, and has had the privilege to work with cherished colleagues and partners in dozens of other countries over the years. She holds an honours BA in Economics from McGill and a M.Sc. in Rural Development from the University of Guelph. She is proud to have led Oxfam Canada's first global social accountability initiative in 2011, and to have helped launch Oxfam’s global Knowledge Network to end violence against women and girls and gender-based violence (VAWG/GBV) in 2013. Along with a great many Oxfam colleagues and allies, Caroline is keen to raise awareness about the critical role played by women's organizations and networks in defending and advancing everyone’s human rights. |
